A light and bubbly Pink Lemonade Italian Spritz Cocktail is a refreshing way to enjoy a warm summer day! Best of all, you only need 3 ingredients for this fun and festive beverage that’s perfect for picnics, pool parties, or lazy afternoons in the hammock! A fresh and easy Pink Lemonade Italian Spritz is the perfect Prosecco coktail for summer

How do you make an Italian Spritz?

This cocktail recipe may sound extravagant, or like it’s only fitting for special occasions, but that is definitely not the case! An Italian Spritz is simply a wine-based cocktail typically made with Prosecco, Aperol, and sparkling water.

I’ve put my own fresh twist on the original by using pink lemonade in lieu of the Aperol. Doesn’t that just scream, “SUMMER?!”

With Riondo Prosecco as the base of your Spritz, you can enjoy the authentic Italian cocktail at a reasonable price! Bottle of prosecco for Italian Spritz.

What is Prosecco? Is it the same thing as Champagne?

Prosecco is a white sparkling wine from Italy. Like Champagne, the name Prosecco refers to a specific region and grape — in this case, glera grapes grown in the northeast Veneto region of Italy. So while Prosecco and Champagne are both sparkling wines, the two beverages come from different grapes and from different regions.

I particularly love this Riondo Prosecco as a highly-accessible, fun alternative to traditional cocktails and wine this season. It celebrates the easy-living spirit of Italy, and boasts fresh aromas of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and acacia blossom.

Riondo can be enjoyed alone, as a sparkling wine, or with complementary juices, spirits and garnishes in Riondo Prosecco Cocktails. The fruity undertones and the crisp, clean finish makes this Prosecco a perfect companion for a splash of pink lemonade in this easy Spritz recipe! Pouring prosecco into an Italian spritz drink

The Riondo bottles are available with a convenient twist-off top, with a cork top, or in miniature size, so there’s an appropriate option for any occasion!

I’d been making Aperol Spritz, but ran out of Aperol. Looking for other ideas to use the rest of the bottle of prosecco, and came across this gem. Delish! It may replace the Aperol Spritz as our go-to summer drink. thank you!
