    Hi, friends! As you know, I have spent the last couple of years working my way through some of my great Aunt Bee's cherished recipes. I am so blessed that she has continued to sort through her old files and send some of her favorite ideas my way. These are the recipes that fed her family for generations, and now the tradition continues!

    Last year I made Aunt Bee's Sweet Potato Casserole for the first time and I was blown away! It was fast, simple, and incredibly delicious. What more could I ask for in a holiday side?!

    I decided that adapting this tasty concoction for the slow cooker would be the only possible way to improve upon the original. And you know what? It worked!!

      I love all these family recipes you've been sharing...food carries with it so many special memories! I'm absolutely loving how you tweaked this for the slow cooker! It frees up oven space too, on Thanksgiving Day, which is always important! 🙂 Heading over for the yummy recipe!
