I am so blessed that she has continued to sort through her old files and send some of her favorite ideas my way. These are the recipes that fed her family for generations, and now the tradition continues!

Last year I made Aunt Bee’s Sweet Potato Casserole for the first time and I was blown away! It was fast, simple, and incredibly delicious. What more could I ask for in a holiday side?!

I decided that adapting this tasty concoction for the slow cooker would be the only possible way to improve upon the original. And you know what? It worked!!
