Hi, friends! Can you believe that we’re already seeing red and pink in the stores? Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and since men can be incredibly difficult to shop for, I thought that I would do all of us a favor and pull together the ultimate list of Valentine’s Day Gifts for Men! There’s sure to be something here that’s absolutely perfect for your special guy!

And by the way — these are definitely MAN-APPROVED gifts! I asked Keith to weigh-in and help me put together this guide, so you can rest assured that it’s been well screened!

Adidas Gym Bag: It’s not just women who love to carry new bags! Based on the number of duffles and workout bags that Keith buys for himself, I’d say he’s just as bad (if not worse) than me! This Adidas version is his current favorite – perfect for workouts or for overnight trips.

Concert Tickets: plan a date night with your man and surprise him with tickets to hear some good music!

The Art of Shaving Kit: Does your guy like to stay impeccably groomed? Then this deluxe set is just what he needs!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

A “man candle” from the Chicago Candle Company: indulge his senses in a masculine, boozy kind of way!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Amazon Echo: this is a relatively pricey gift, but hey – if you buy it for your husband, you can enjoy it too! It can do so much, I won’t list it all here, but as Keith said, “It makes your home SMART.” You can use voice commands to play music, check weather and traffic, start your car, the list goes on. It’s kind of like having an assistant in your home at all times. What man wouldn’t love that?!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Tickets to an Athletic Event: this is pretty self-explanatory, but if you know a man who enjoys sports, this is a definite WIN. It’s something that you can do together, and you can pick the team/sport of his choice. Hockey? Baseball? Basketball? Go for it and plan a date!

Amazon Fire TV Stick: Keith recently bought these for our house, and it’s been really fun to stream movies and tv from the internet and to have access to many, many new shows and movies that we weren’t able to see on regular cable. A fun, affordable, and easy to use gift that the whole family will enjoy!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Fitbit Charge HR: Keith surprised me with one of these activity trackers for Christmas and after seeing me use it for a couple of days he bought one for himself! It has been great motivation for him to squeeze in some extra movement throughout his day at work. Plus, it’s just another fun “toy” for the dude in your life!

Homemade Gin Kit: of course he could make some beer, but did you know that he can also make gin at home? Since a G&T is one of Keith’s favorite drinks, he’d probably have fun with this!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

GoPro HERO+ Camera: another techie gift that you can enjoy too! This wireless enabled camera records video (perfect for dads!), is waterproof, and is designed to withstand extreme conditions. Keith would love to be able to use this when hiking or when watching the boys play sports!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men3M TEKK WorkTunes Hearing Protector, MP3 Compatible with AM/FM Tuner: if you know a guy like mine who does a lot of yard work, mowing, and jobs around the house, then he would probably love to listen to some music and protect his hearing at the same time! These come wired or wireless.

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Vineyard Vines Necktie: if your guy dresses up for work, some new office duds are always a welcome addition to his closet. Most men don’t love to spend money on these items for themselves, so they make a great gift. Keith likes the neckties, pants, and polos from Vineyard Vines.

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Gift Card to a Sports Bar: Another one of Keith’s suggestions! Men deserve some fun with friends, so by purchasing him a gift card for his favorite sports bar, you’re basically giving him a free night out with the guys to drink beer, eat wings, and watch sports. You just might win Wife of the Year.

Nike Dri-Fit Top: my brother, who lives in Florida, swears by these tops. They’re great for wicking sweat and keeping you cool, even in nasty, humid Florida summers. They’re available in shor tsleeves or long sleeves, and they make great workout attire for any active man in your life!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Framed Photo or Digital Picture Frame: Keith has had one of these in his office ever since we had our first baby, and he loves it so much that he has given them as gifts to grandparents as well. They’re easy to use, and they scroll through your photos at whatever speed you choose, so you get to see your favorites regularly and you don’t have to change them out yourself! Plus, your man won’t have to print his photos, which is always a bonus (because really, what guy wants to EVER do that?!).

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Basket of Snacks: Throw together a fun basket full of all of his favorites – nuts, sausage, jerky, chips, beer, cookies, whatever he loves to have on hand – all in one place! You can never go wrong with edible gifts for guys!

Beer of the Month Club: The gift that keeps on giving! I gave this to Keith for our anniversary last year and he had fun trying some new brews over the course of the year. Best of all, you can choose the frequency with which the beers ship, which helps to cut down on cost and spreads the gifts out throughout the year.

Road & Track Magazine or Wired Subscription: another gift that keeps on giving! These are two of Keith’s suggestions, but pick something that your man might love!

See’s Chocolates: it wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without some chocolate, right? According to my chocolate-loving husband, See’s is THE BEST. I love that I can customize a box for him so that he always gets his favorites!
Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Star Wars Box Set (or other favorite TV or movie series): a pricier option that he might not purchase for himself, but that you know he will enjoy!

Valentine's Day Gifts for MenBose Wireless Bluetooth Speaker: Keith and his brothers love to use wireless speakers to play music around the house or outside for cookouts and parties. Always a great gift!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Yeti Mug: Keith loves his travel coffee mugs for his commute, and this is supposedly the ultimate!

Yeti

Cards Against Humanity: This game has been on Keith’s wishlist for a long time. Maybe I should finally pull the trigger? Schedule a game night with friends and gift this game to your guy. Nothing says “I love you” like A Party Game for Horrible People?!?!

Valentine's Day Gifts for Men

Have a fun, relaxing, and romantic holiday with your favorite guy!

  1. What a fun post, Blair! I’m always looking for new gift ideas for my husband, so this will come in handy! Thanks for sharing!

  2. You are so on top of your game! Thinking for Vday gifts already?! Your hubby is a lucky man. We don’t do Vday gifts because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to shop for my husband (for reasonable gifts). He wants like the latest and greatest golf technology but I don’t DARE try to shop for that stuff – I’m so clueless!!

    1. I kind of agree, Chrissa! My husband loves the expensive tech-stuff too, which I’m WAY too scared to buy on my own! Good thing he’s also happy with some beer. 🙂

  3. I love this list! I always struggle with what to get my wife for Vday because she’s not into all the girly stuff, so I may just take some inspiration from your list. Thanks Blair!

    1. Totally, Holly! I was thinking that it’s a pretty good list for men or women, especially if you’re shopping for a non-girlie gal! 🙂 Happy V-Day!

  4. Great list, I’ll have to forward this to my wife for next Valentines Day! Love the bourbon candle idea.

  5. Superb ideas, but I have gifted most of these to my husband and last valentine I gifted him a hand stamped locket with a chain and our initials stamped over it which gives him a cool look and thanks to my friend who suggested me https://annbijoux.com to check out for better designs.

  6. Guys are always so difficult to find gifts for. Why is that? Love your ideas. Your ideas what you shared are definitely going to make it so much easier to find him something for this year. Thank you

  7. Hey Blair,

Great list! I am glad you included an entertainment gadget with hearing protection like 3M TEKK WorkTunes Hearing Protector, MP3 Compatible with AM/FM Tuner. I would like to be entertained and protected at the same time while I’m at work 🙂

Thank you for sharing 🙂 Cheers!
