Hey, friends! It’s baaaaaaaack! Holiday shopping season has returned, and I’m so excited to bring you another Gift Guide this year! I’ve done something a little bit different this time, though — I’ve only included items that can be purchased online at Amazon.com. Who doesn’t love the convenience of free 2-day shipping, the ability to avoid the crowds, and Cyber Monday sales?!
It’s always so much fun to pull together this list. I can do some shopping of my own, get in the gift-giving spirit, and crank up some holiday tunes…all while sitting in the comfort of my own home! And a quick note: none of these items are sponsored! This is just an honest-to-goodness list of the stuff that I LOVE! So here we go…the ultimate HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE for AMAZON SHOPPING!
Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven: this kitchen staple is a classic for good reason! Yes, it’s pricey — but I use my Dutch ovens just about every single day, so they are more than worth the hefty price tag. They are perfect for slow roasting and braising meats, simmering soups and stews, or just sautĂ©eing meat or vegetables. These Dutch ovens retain their heat and cook food more evenly than any other pot I’ve tried.
Staub 12-Inch Cast Iron Fry Pan: another favorite kitchen tool in our house! This is my go-to skillet when I need to pan-fry or stir-fry a dinner. There’s no need to season the skillet, and meat is perfectly browned every time. Those pour spouts on the side are nice for draining fat as well!
Crow Canyon Home Enamelware Large Lasagna Pan: one of my favorite baking dishes for casseroles, this sturdy enamelware pan is lightweight and easy to clean.
Meat Thermometer: I’ve tried so many different meat thermometers over the years, and this is by far my favorite. It’s easy to use, inexpensive, and it yields a perfectly cooked piece of meat every single time. A kitchen must-have!
Small Whisks: This is a great stocking stuffer for any home cook. I keep multiple small whisks in my kitchen because they’re the perfect size for mixing sauces, marinades and dressings in smaller jars, bowls and measuring cups. You could also put together a gift basket for your favorite home cook, complete with the meat thermometer, whisks, knives, dish towels, and other kitchen goodies!
Tervis Tumbler Travel Coffee Mug: These are great for both iced coffee and hot coffee on-the-go. I love that the Tervis glasses don’t sweat, so they’re safe to leave on tables and countertops without coasters. There are so many different colors and designs available, too! Perfect for your child’s teacher!
Coffee/Tea Warmer: Keep your coffee warm on your desk or make sure that your nighttime cup of tea is warm on your nightstand! No more lukewarm beverages allowed! This would be ideal for your child’s teacher, too!
Capri Blue Volcano Candle: Seriously — the best smelling candle available! LOVE this scent! It makes a nice hostess gift for any special occasion.
Tassel Keychain: I love my tassel keychain because it ensures that my keys don’t get lost at the bottom of my bag every time I walk in a store. This style comes in 15 fun colors for an easy and affordable stocking stuffer!
5-Pack of Journals/Notebooks: You can never have enough little notebooks! Convenient for jotting down ideas, journaling your thoughts, keeping track of grocery lists, or organizing new recipes.
Pens: Another fun stocking stuffer for teachers, for tweens, or for anyone (like me!) who loves to write! A nice set of pens would be great paired with the notebooks above.
Crabtree & Evelyn Pear & Pink Magnolia Hand Therapy: my current favorite scent — this luxurious cream is a lovely way to pamper dry winter hands. The smell isn’t too overpowering, either. It’s just right…
Tinted Lip Balm: This is the smoothest, creamiest lip balm that I’ve ever tried. It’s a great stocking stuffer for the season of dry, chapped lips. Bonus — the tinted balm comes in a variety of shades for a touch of added color.
Ugg Slippers: I have these moccasin slippers in gray, but they’re also available in 13 other colors! They’re so cozy, warm, and comfortable. Plus, the hard sole means that I can wear them outside for short dog walks in the yard without changing into real shoes!
Cozy Pajamas: I have these soft fleece pajamas in the navy fair isle design, and they’re some of my absolute favorites. They’re warm and soft, but not too thick and bulky — and the price is right!
AirPods: These are the coolest wireless headphones! Keith and I each have a pair, and we both love them. The sound quality is amazing, and the little pieces somehow magically stay put in my ears. That’s a first! They also have so many cool tech features that I won’t bother to list here, but trust me — they’re worth every penny!
Cookbooks: The new Barefoot Contessa and this Reese Witherspoon book are on my list, but I also love this beautiful Magnolia Table book and this Skinnytaste One and Done book.
Dyson Cordless Vacuum: We have the Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Stick Vacuum, but there are a variety of options at different price points. I know it’s hard to get excited about a vacuum, but this is an invaluable household item that I use on a daily basis! It makes my life easier, and it does an amazing job at sucking up those crumbs, leaves, and dust bunnies that inevitably accumulate in a house full of boys.
Vest: This practical layer will keep your favorite guy warm this season as a base layer, and will transition nicely into spring and fall.
SCOUT Bag: For the pool (with many towels and snacks!), for a weekend away, or for kids’ and pets’ supplies, these roomy, sturdy utility totes are a handy solution to stay organized. They have great pockets, they zip close, and they’re made with lightweight all-weather woven fabric. Plus, they come in a zillion different fun prints and colors!
So there you have it! I hope that this kicks off your season of (online) shopping with a few new ideas! Enjoy, and happy holidays!!
