Since weโre focused on gardening, fruits, and veggies this week, I wanted to serve the kids a fun snack that features a variety of fruits. These Rainbow Fruit Kabobs are not only attractive, but theyโre a great way to introduce your kids to new fruits. I promise, when they are presented in a fun way (and when they have a dip alongside), children are much more inclined to taste their fruits and vegetables.

Gibbs not only enjoyed eating these, but he also helped to make them. He held the sticks for me and pulled out each piece of fruit in the correct order. My only job was to skewer them!
