With two quick rounds of high-intensity exercises like push-ups, burpees, and squats, you can burn calories and break a sweat quickly and effectively...whether you're in your living room, dorm room, office, or hotel room!

    There's no equipment necessary for this 20-minute 10-5-10-5 Fat Burning At Home Workout! With two quick rounds of high-intensity exercises like push-ups, burpees, and squats, you can burn calories and break a sweat quickly and effectively...whether you're in your living room, dorm room, office, or hotel room!

    You all know that I'm a big fan of the short and effective workouts -- there's just not enough time in the day, and I'd rather do something than nothing! I've managed to pull together some of my absolute favorite calorie-blasting exercises into one efficient but TOUGH routine, and you can do these anywhere! Don't waste time shuffling back and forth to the gym -- there's no need! Trust me...this workout will have your heart pumping in no time with a great combination of strength and cardio exercises!

    There's no equipment necessary for this 20-minute 10-5-10-5 Fat Burning At Home Workout! With two quick rounds of high-intensity exercises like push-ups, burpees, and squats, you can burn calories and break a sweat quickly and effectively...whether you're in your living room, dorm room, office, or hotel room!

    The entire routine (including the 5-minute warm-up and the 5-minute cool down) should take about 20 minutes. That's it!!

And as always, please be careful! Check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine, take rests as needed, and stop if you don't feel comfortable. Most of all, just enjoy it!

    Here's how it works:

    10-5-10-5 FAT-BURNING AT-HOME WORKOUT 

    Warm-Up for 5 minutes by marching, jogging, or jumping rope in place.

    Complete the following circuit TWICE: 

    • 10 Squats
    • 5 Push-Ups
    • 10 Alternating Lunges
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Squats
    • 5 Push-Ups
    • 10 High Knees
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Alternating Lunges
    • 5 Squat Jumps
    • Rest, as necessary, and complete circuit once more for a total of 2 rounds!

    Cool Down with 5 minutes of walking in place and stretching.

    {Ahhhhh...the stretching is the best part...don't skip it!}

      Soooo simple yet effective! Love this Blair. I too, love my short workouts. PS I LOVE that tall baseboard in your home. So much character! I so miss living in Virginia!

      Hi, I'm an expat Aussie living in Thailand and the area I live in isn't great for outdoor running. My go to at home is my yoga mat, free weight dumbbells and youtube video workouts. Thanks for sharing your workouts will be sure to try!
