Welcome, Baby Boy!

Late last week baby Spencer came into this world and he has already filled our hearts with joy.

Our family and friends came to visit Spence in the hospital, where he received plenty of love and cuddles. It’s so exciting to think about who this little guy will become and to gradually watch his personality emerge.

His big brothers were SO happy to finally meet “their baby,” and boy did I miss them while I was in the hospital!

Ever since we came home from the hospital, I’ve basically been doing this:

Snuggling with my little baby and cuddling with my bigger babies. There’s just nothing better! A good night’s rest would be lovely, but I know that will come eventually…

So what’s next? I have some posts already prepared for the coming days, so you won’t miss out on any of our Thanksgiving fun. After that, I’ll have to see how blogging fits into my new, busier life. I’m not going anywhere – I just have one more (very major) distraction to account for. The content of the blog and the frequency of the posts may have to adapt to meet my constantly-changing life. Until then, stay tuned! I am incredibly blessed and I look forward to sharing my joys with you!
