Salty, sweet, creamy, and crunchy — the options are endless with these 8 Great Healthy Snacks! Best of all, each easy recipe is ready in less than 1 minute!

Do you get the mid-day munchies? I’m a huge fan of snacking — not only because it helps to keep the metabolism humming, but also because it’s a great way to maintain my energy throughout the day. Plus, I’m much less likely to overeat at a meal if I’ve had a little snack beforehand. If you’re like me, though, you want a snack that satisfies your cravings and tastes delicious without weighing you down or derailing your healthy diet. That’s where these amazing options come in!
I’ve pulled together a list of snack ideas that come together quickly and easily — because when you’re hungry, you’re HUNGRY. No need to waste time whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen. Each of these babies are ready in about 1 minute!
The crispy and satisfying base of each snack comes from a Wasa cracker. These crackers are perfect options to fuel a busy and active lifestyle — delivering all of the flavor and NONE of the guilt! Wasa is currently available nationally and can be found in the specialty cracker aisle at most major and independent supermarkets…making them convenient to pick up for any occasion (even if you live in the middle-of-nowhere…like me)!
Let’s start with some of the traditional Wasa varieties, including Sourdough Whole Grain Crispbread, Flax Seed Crispbread, and 7 Grains Crisp’n Light Crispbread.

These thick crackers are sturdy and perfect for piling high with heavy toppings!

“The Chunky Monkey”
1 Wasa Crisp’n Light Crispbread + 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter + 1/4 Small Banana + 1/2 teaspoon Miniature Chocolate Chips
160 calories

“The Italian-O”
1 Wasa Flax Seed Crispbread + 1 ounce Fresh Mozzarella + 1 Cherry Tomato + Fresh Basil
105 calories

“Strawberry Fields Forever”
1 Wasa Crisp’n Light Crispbread + 1 tablespoon Ricotta Cheese + 1 Strawberry + 1 teaspoon Pistachios

“Nacho Average Snack”
1 Wasa Crisp’n Light Crispbread + 1 tablespoon Guacamole + 1 Cherry Tomato + 1 teaspoon Cheddar Cheese
60 calories

And have you heard about Wasa’s newest crackers? Wasa THINS are the latest addition to the Wasa line and they’re available in two flavors — Rosemary & Sea Salt (which packs 9 grams of whole grains in just 70 calories per 2-cracker serving) and Sesame & Sea Salt (which packs 7 grams of whole grains in 80 calories per 2-cracker serving). THINS are delicately seasoned and oven baked for a crispy texture that satisfies hunger– with no preservatives.

I used the THINS to prepare even more great healthy snacks and I absolutely LOVE these choices. The hint of sea salt on the crackers brings out the sweet, fresh, and juicy flavors in the toppings for an amazingly delicious treat!

“The Appalachian Trail”

“The Blackberry Babe”
