Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop, but I have also used Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • ½ medium banana peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Original or Vanilla flavored
  • ¼ teaspoon caramel extract or caramel flavoring
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham cracker crushed**
  • Optional garnish: caramel syrup

Instructions

  • Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine! Top with graham cracker crumbs and optional caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
