Ingredients
1scoop vanilla protein powderI used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop, but I have also used Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
½medium bananapeeled, sliced, and frozen
1cupunsweetened almond milkOriginal or Vanilla flavored
¼teaspooncaramel extract or caramel flavoring
Pinchof salt
1-2cupsice
For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham crackercrushed**
Optional garnish: caramel syrup
Instructions
Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine! Top with graham cracker crumbs and optional caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
