Merry Christmas Eve! We are bustling around today, visiting family and taking care of last-minute holiday preparationsโ€ฆand making sure that we are ready for Santa.

We did some artwork for Santa first: a hand-drawn Christmas tree, which Gibbs helped paint with watercolors. Once it was dry, we used a red ink pad and our index fingers to โ€œdecorateโ€ the tree. Even Casey could help with that part!

Then it was time to write Santa a note, complete with requests for a โ€œRed Monster Truck with a Trailer,โ€ and a โ€œFire Truck for Casey.โ€ Thatโ€™s all. And โ€œthank you.โ€

Between our cookies, our โ€œthank youโ€ letter, and our Christmas tree artwork, I am sure that Santa will be good to us this year. Happy holidays!
