This year more than ever, online shopping is the only way to go. I’ve hardly stepped foot inside a store since March, and I don’t intend to start now. Instead, I’ve done my best to pull together the ultimate list of holiday gift ideas in every price range, from both large online stores and smaller boutiques. I’m a big fan of supporting local, independent businesses, and I can’t wait to introduce you to some new favorites this season. Best of all, you can cozy up in your slippers, grab a mug of coffee, and get your shopping done virtually. Crank up the Christmas music and you definitely won’t miss that crowded shopping mall this year!

Just a quick note that this is not a sponsored post. I’m sharing links to products that we already own and love, or items that we might like to purchase. I haven’t been paid to mention these products. Some of the links are affiliate links, which means that I may earn a small commission for my endorsement, recommendation, testimonial, and/or link to any products or services from this website. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. With that, let’s get shopping!

Farmhouse Pottery: Some of my favorite handmade ceramics, you’ll love the variety available from this Vermont-based company. Whether you’re looking for simple candlesticks to add a cozy glow to your home, the perfect bowls for serving your next pot of chicken noodle soup, or a platter for your favorite cheese and crackers, there’s something special and unique for everyone on Santa’s list. The mugs are pretty great, too!

Vintage Puzzle: Check out the vintage designs and neat packaging on these 1,000-piece puzzles. Perfect for cozy evenings at home in front of the fire! The wildflowers are pretty, but there are a handful of other themes, too.

Pimento Cheese Gift Pack: Talk about a great hostess gift! This Virginia-based company sells a variety of flavors that would be perfect for holiday cheeseboards, snacks, sandwiches and more. It’s one of those delicious indulgences that someone might not buy for herself, but that we would all love to receive!

Lounge Sweater: The softest, warmest, coziest sweater I own! This is what I reach for most evenings when we’re “lounging” on the couch after supper. Every gal would love to wrap up in one of these!

Bee Magnets: A great stocking stuffer idea — you can never have too many! I’m constantly looking for extra magnets to hang photos, school lunch menus, or the kids’ artwork. These sweet little bees remind me of my grandmother and the lapel pin that she often wore.

Stars Above Pajamas: This line from Target has become my go-to choice for the softest pajamas. I wear these jogger pants and the matching tops in a variety of colors/patterns almost every evening. The navy and white striped are my fave. These flannel pajamas by the same brand and these thermal pjs also look great!

Scented Drawer Liners: Another great stocking stuffer for the ladies in your life, these scented drawer liners will add a little something special to her wardrobe.

Wool Clogs: We’re all staying home more this year, and these warm, durable German wool clogs are definitely my footwear of choice for the season. They look great with skinny jeans when I leave the house, but they’re also comfortable slip-ons to wear around the house.

Skincare: This is a difficult category to gift someone else (unless you know them really well), but maybe you’d like to ask for some new skincare items of your own this season? When I turned 40 last year, I quickly realized that my skin had “matured” as well. It felt dry, tight, and in need of a little something extra. I consider myself a fairly low-maintenance gal when it comes to makeup and beauty, so when I found a routine that “worked,” I stuck with it. Here are my current favorites:

  • Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner and Gentle Cleanser: Each morning, I wipe my face clean with this inexpensive toner or wash with the hydrating cleanser before applying SPF cream and makeup.
  • Moisturizing Sunscreen: My favorite sunscreen for my face! This comes highly recommended by my dermatologist, and after years of use, I’m totally hooked. It’s the only moisturizer with a high SPF that doesn’t drip in my eyes and make them sting. It’s also lightweight and not greasy at all.
  • Cleansing Oil: Each night, I wash my face and remove my makeup with this cleansing oil rather than a harsh soap. It might seem weird to “wash” your face with oil, but trust me on this: it works. It doesn’t make your skin feel greasy…just nicely hydrated and smooth. I use these soft, inexpensive makeup remover washcloths with it, which I can just throw in the laundry basket when I’m done.
  • Cream: Face creams can be tough, because they’re often really thick, or they get in my eyes and make them sting. This brand feels luxurious when it goes on, but it absorbs quickly and leaves your skin hydrated and soft — not goopy. It doesn’t have a scent, which is kind of nice, too. I put it on every night after I wash my face.

Raisenne Dough Riser: If you know someone who enjoys baking, then this bread riser is a must! I have one and I love it. It’s like a heating pad for your bread! With this handy little tool, you can proof your dough in about half the time — regardless of how chilly your environment might be.

Glasses and Pitcher: I know that a lot of folks have enjoyed making (and drinking!) unique, creative cocktails over the past few months — especially when we’re all trying to stay home a bit more. These glasses and their matching pitcher are so chic! Perfect for sparkling water, iced tea and lemonade, too.

Bar Board: Keith uses a little board like this regularly when slicing limes for his G&T’s. Maybe it’s time for an updated, newer version! It would be a great gift when paired with some glasses (like those above) or a bottle of nice booze.

Jo Malone Gift Set: I love the various colognes created by Jo Malone, and these travel size bottles would be a nice way to experiment and discover new favorites. My personal pick? The English Pear & Freesia. If you need little stocking stuffers for a number of different gals, you could also divide these up.

Magazine Subscriptions: Not a new idea, but still a good one! Even with all of the information available on the internet, there’s something really nice about sitting down with a print magazine. Plus, it’s the gift that keeps on giving! If you need different ideas, my personal favorites include The Cottage Journal, Country Living, Taste of the South, Southern Living, and Taste of Home. Keith really likes Fortune magazine, Road & Track and Car & Driver. The boys have had fun with Sports Illustrated for Kids, too.

Pool and Beach Tote: How cute are these bags? Every mom needs a chic tote that can hold towels, goggles, etc. — and not get ruined from the water. These hand-woven bags are made of plastic, so they’re super-durable. I also love this blue and gold version.

Craft Beer Peanuts: A fun, edible stocking stuffer for the beer-loving guys in your life! There are also bourbon pretzels and a number of other boozy-themed munchies.

Elastic Bracelets: An inexpensive stocking stuffer that would be perfect for teenagers, your girlfriends, or for yourself! From simple gold wrap designs to colorful beaded options, there are so many to choose from — and (at the time I’m writing this) they’re all about $5.

Linen Cross-Back Apron: I live in these aprons! By far my favorite style, they’re lightweight, affordable, easy to put on, they have pockets, and they protect my clothes while I’m cooking, cleaning, and just generally taking care of my crew. A perfect Mom Smock!

Pullover: As warm and soft as a sweatshirt, but a little more “pulled together” looking, these are great with a pair of jeans. I have the orange “autumn glaze” color with blue trim, but there are many others to choose from, too.

Poppy Hand-Crafted Popcorn: This gourmet popcorn is made in Asheville, North Carolina, and it’s some of the best popcorn I’ve ever tasted. Keith bought me a couple of bags last month and now we’re hooked! I’ve tried the Salted Caramel and the Reindeer Crunch, but there are so many others as well. From Southern Pecan Pie to Gingerbread, Three Cheese, and Birthday Confetti, it’s hard to know where to start! These would be ideal stocking stuffers or hostess gifts for just about anyone on your list.

Pie Set: If you know someone who loves baking, this beautiful pie plate and pie weights set from Jefferson Street Ceramics would be a lovely gift! Pair it with The Book on Pie (which is awesome), for the ultimate sweet package.

Papier Stationery and Planners: If you know a pen-and-paper kind of gal, then you’ve got to check out the wide variety of options at Papier. I buy my planners here, which are relatively affordable and can be personalized for a special touch. The quality is unbelievably good! You can also pick out blank notebooks and journals and personalized notecards. You’ll get lost in the selection of colors and designs — from simple and modern to whimsical and colorful. Love these paper products!

Thistle Farms Body Care and Home Goods: A lovely company with a beautiful mission! This Nashville-based organization offers everything from fragrant candles to gorgeous handwoven baskets, in addition to soaps, lotions and other indulgent body care products. It provides women who are trying to get back on their feet a safe place of employment, and offers healing and hope for women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction. Not only will you appreciate the quality of the goods, but you’ll feel good about supporting this important mission.

So there you go, friends! I hope that I’ve inspired a handful of unique holiday gift ideas for the season ahead. Enjoy!
