Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a standard-size muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the first 7 ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in sprinkles.
Divide batter among prepared muffin cups.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow muffins to cool completely on a wire rack.
For the Glaze: Stir together confectioners’ sugar and milk in a medium bowl. Dip the tops of the cooled muffins into the glaze. Place muffins on wire rack and allow glaze to set before serving.
