Greek Yogurt Orange Pineapple Creamsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups diced fresh or frozen pineapple
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2-4 tablespoons honey for a sweeter pop

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Divide mixture among 8-10 popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until frozen and ready to eat!

Notes

*To make the pops easy to slide out of the molds, just run the outside of the pop under warm water for about 30 seconds. It should slide right out!
