Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces (half of a standard 12-ounce can) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup whole milk (or sub with another milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ to 2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix (for extra creamy, thick, sweet vanilla flavor)

Instructions

Combine

  • Add the orange juice concentrate, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender. If you’re using pudding mix, add that as well.

Blend

  • Blend on high speed for about 1 minute, or until smooth, creamy, and frothy. Add a splash of extra milk, if needed, to thin the drink until it reaches your desired consistency. If it's too thin, you can add extra ice cubes.

Serve

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

This recipe yields enough for two large glasses or 4 smaller glasses.
If you have leftover instant vanilla pudding mix, use it to make this easy fruit salad!
