Hillshire Farm® Rope Smoked Sausage Beef Polska Kielbasa, sliced into rounds
1red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1orange bell pepper, seeded and diced
1green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1cupchopped pineapple
1red onion, diced
½cupbarbecue sauce
3tablespoonspineapple juice
Instructions
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread kielbasa alternately with peppers, pineapple, and onions onto wooden skewers.
In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce and pineapple juice. Brush sauce evenly onto the kabobs, reserving at least half of the sauce for basting later.
Grill kabobs for 8 to 10 min. (or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
Notes
If you don’t have a grill available, you can also sear the kabobs on a griddle or in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
