Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, honey, vinegar, and garlic powder until completely smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

For a thicker dipping sauce (great with chicken nuggets, pretzels, etc.), increase the mayo to ½ cup and decrease the vinegar to 1 teaspoon. Use regular yellow mustard (rather than Dijon) if you don’t want it to be quite as zesty.This recipe yields approximately 7 tablespoons of dressing. If you'd like to make a bigger batch, just double or triple all of the ingredients.
