Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (sub with yellow mustard for a more mild option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, honey, vinegar, and garlic powder until completely smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Notes

For a thicker dipping sauce (great with chicken nuggets, pretzels, etc.), increase the mayo to ½ cup and decrease the vinegar to 1 teaspoon. Use regular yellow mustard (rather than Dijon) if you don’t want it to be quite as zesty.
This recipe yields approximately 7 tablespoons of dressing. If you'd like to make a bigger batch, just double or triple all of the ingredients.
