Ingredients
  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • ½ cup Sesame Ginger salad dressing I used Newman’s Own brand
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place fish in a large zip-top freezer bag. Pour dressing into the bag, seal, and gently toss to coat. Place bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  2. To Bake in the Oven: Thaw salmon in the refrigerator overnight. Allow fish to sit on the counter and come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
  3. Remove salmon from the bag and discard remaining marinade. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Note: You can also grill the salmon if you prefer!

For serving: This salmon is perfect served with brown rice or quinoa and steamed broccoli or mixed vegetables (try the microwaveable frozen pouches for convenience).
