Bake round sugar cookies according to package instructions. Cool completely before decorating.
Spread chocolate frosting onto the top of a cookie. For the turkey feathers, arrange candy corn or Swedish Fish on outer edge of half of cookie.
For turkey eyes, pipe two dots of white gel frosting in center of cookie. Top each white dot with a miniature chocolate chip.
Place orange jelly bean beneath eyes for turkey’s beak.
Repeat with remaining cookies.
