Ingredients

plain Greek-style yogurt

honey

teaspoons
white vinegar

teaspoon
salt

broccoli florets
or about 8 cups

fresh mozzarella
diced (or you can buy the miniature balls of fresh mozzarella)
½
cup
raisins
½
cup
toasted walnuts or pecans
chopped
½
small red onion
diced
Instructions
Combine yogurt, honey, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
