Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place Brie on a small baking sheet. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until softened. Remove and let cool for about 5 minutes.
While the cheese cools, place honey and a couple of sprigs of herbs (if desired) in a small saucepan over low heat until warm; stir in chopped almonds.
Spoon honey mixture over the Brie; garnish with additional herbs, if desired. Serve immediately.

COOK'S TIPS AND RECIPE VARIATIONS:
Keep an eye on your brie as it's baking. You want it to be soft, but you don't want an oozing mess!
I light the salted roasted almonds, but you can substitute with other chopped nuts if you prefer. Pecans or walnuts would also be delicious!
