½cupwhite chocolate chips
3squares white baking chocolate
½cupheavy whipping cream
3tablespoonschampagne
For serving: cubed pound cake; fresh strawberries; bananas, pretzels, marshmallows, or other fresh fruit; cookies
Instructions
Chocolate Fondue on the Stovetop:
In a heavy saucepan, cook and stir the chocolate chips, chocolate squares, and cream over low heat until smooth. Stir in the champagne.
Transfer to a fondue pot or slow cooker (on warm setting) and keep warm.
Serve with cake, fruit, or cookies for dipping!
Chocolate Fondue in the Crock Pot:
Place all ingredients in Crock Pot and heat on LOW for 45 minutes - 1 hour (or until chocolate has melted), stirring occasionally. Keep warm in the slow cooker for 1-2 more hours, if desired.
Serve with cake, fruit, or cookies for dipping!
