5-Ingredient Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
An easy chicken parmesan sandwich is ready with just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep!

Bake the chicken patties in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
When the chicken is done, top each piece with about 2 tablespoons (or up to ¼ cup) of marinara sauce.
Sprinkle about ¼ cup shredded mozzarella and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan on top of each piece of chicken.
Switch the oven to BROIL. Place the chicken under the broiler for about 1-3 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Serve the patties on toasted rolls or Italian bread.
- Instead of packaged, shredded mozzarella, use sliced fresh mozzarella or sliced provolone cheese on top of the chicken.
- Serve the chicken parm over ziti, spaghetti, or penne pasta instead of in sandwich rolls.
- Make as many (or as few) sandwiches as you need. This meal can easily be tweaked to serve just one or two people!
