Rainbow Fruit Kabobs with Honey Cinnamon Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

Rainbow Fruit Kabobs:

  • ½ cup strawberries cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup clementine segments
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Small wooden or plastic skewers for kids, I like to use the small plastic cocktail stirrers that come in a variety of colors

Yogurt Dip:

  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • On small skewers, alternately thread the fruit in rainbow order. Arrange kabobs on a plate and serve with yogurt dip.
  • For dip, combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
