Corn and Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 16 ounces frozen french cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 pkg 16 ounces frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • ¼ cup finely-diced onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese diced into small cubes
  • ¾ cup about 20 crackers crushed butter crackers (such as Ritz)

Instructions

  • Spray a medium baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, onion, soup and diced cheese.
  • Place mixture in prepared baking dish and top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until heated through.
