Turkey, Pesto, and Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3 Tablespoons pesto
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 ounces thinly-sliced deli roasted turkey cut into triangles about the size of your crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of pesto on each triangle. Top pesto with turkey slices and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll up to form crescent rolls.
  • Place rolls on prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • After baking, allow to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before removing.
