Put the peaches and the blueberries into the work bowl fitted with the steam blade and cover bowl with lid.
Add the water to the steam/bottle warming chamber and set the measuring cup in its place.
Close the lid to lock and then turn the dial to steam.
Once the light goes out to indicate the steaming is complete, remove the lid and check to see how much water is in the bowl. I usually drain off some of the excess water so that my puree will be a bit thicker.
Once you have poured off a bit of water, add the top back onto the bowl, lock in place, and turn the dial to chop. Puree until the fruit reaches desired consistency.
Allow to cool before serving. If not using immediately, refrigerate for up to three days or freeze in individual portions for convenience.
