  • 6 whole wheat slider buns
  • 12 ounces Oscar Mayer Select Naturals Slow Roasted or Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast
  • ¾ cup sauerkraut
  • 3 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

For the Thousand Island Dressing:

  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Prepare the Thousand Island dressing by whisking together all of the dressing ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Layer each roll with 2 ounces turkey, 2 tablespoons sauerkraut, and ½ slice cheese. Replace tops.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush butter mixture over top of each bun.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for several hours (up to overnight), or you can go ahead and bake right away.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake, covered, 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
