1scoop vanilla protein powderI used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop
¾cupAlmond Breeze unsweetened almond milkOriginal or Vanilla flavored
¾cupfreshly-squeezed lime juice
Zest from 1 limeabout 2 teaspoons
Pinchof salt
1-2cupsice
For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham crackercrushed {See note below for a homemade version!}
Instructions
Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine! Top with graham cracker crumbs and serve immediately.
