Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Fill a large saucepan with about 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil, add potatoes, and cook (covered) for 10 minutes.
Drain potatoes and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Brush potatoes with about 2 tablespoons of the melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and place under the broiler for 10-15 minutes (or until tender), stirring regularly. The potatoes should have a nice golden crust on the outside.
Stir dill and garlic into remaining melted butter. Pour butter mixture over hot potatoes and toss to coat. Serve warm.
