Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, corn, and milk.
Whisk in the flour and salt, and then fold in the cranberries and pecans until completely combined.
Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour.
