Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 small apple diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a wide-mouth mason jar (or a small bowl), stir together oats, protein powder, chia seeds, apple pie spice, salt, and milk. Top with diced apple, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup. You can warm these in the microwave if you prefer a hot oatmeal breakfast.
