Ham, Spinach and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan or other type of cheese
  • 1 9-inch frozen pie crust, thawed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a blender, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Place spinach and ham in the pie crust. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake quiche for about 40 minutes, or until egg mixture is set.
  • Slice into 8 wedges and serve.
