Ingredients

  • Hillshire Farm® Rope Smoked Sausage Beef Polska Kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread kielbasa alternately with peppers, pineapple, and onions onto wooden skewers.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce and pineapple juice. Brush sauce evenly onto the kabobs, reserving at least half of the sauce for basting later.
  • Grill kabobs for 8 to 10 min. (or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

Notes

If you don’t have a grill available, you can also sear the kabobs on a griddle or in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
