Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of crushed ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree I eyeball it, but I probably used about 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup milk again, add it slowly just until you have enough liquid to get your smoothie to blend. I try to use as little liquid as possible so that the smoothie is thick enough to eat it with a spoon!
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Blend everything together in a high speed blender until thick, smooth, and creamy!

Notes

I typically use this brand of protein powder. It adds protein (obviously), as well as vanilla flavor, thickness, and sweetness to the smoothie. If you prefer to omit the protein powder, you can substitute with vanilla Greek yogurt, which will add a similar sweet, vanilla flavor and some extra protein to the shake. It might not be as thick as it would be with the protein powder, but it will still taste good!
