Sliced cucumber and mixed lettuce greensfor serving
Instructions
In a large jar, shake together 1/3 cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons fresh minced dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill), 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper until completely combined {you can also whisk the ingredients in a bowl}.
Store dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1 week until ready to use.
For serving, I like to toss the buttermilk dressing with mixed greens and sliced cucumber.
