Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of pesto on each triangle. Top pesto with turkey slices and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll up to form crescent rolls.
Place rolls on prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
After baking, allow to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before removing.
