- 1 8 ounce package corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy brand)
- 1 14.75 ounce can cream-style corn
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake, uncovered, for about 35 minutes.
