- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Whole Grain Brown Rice
- 2 tablespoons milk can substitute with non-dairy milk such as unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter plus extra for garnish
- ½ banana chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon miniature dark chocolate chips
Heat rice in microwave according to package instructions.
Place rice in a bowl and stir in milk and peanut butter until completely combined.
Stir in chopped banana.
Top with chocolate chips. Garnish with additional banana and a drizzle of additional melted peanut butter, if desired.
