Ingredients

about ¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (Greek-style or regular)

low-fat milk

large frozen banana
I like to peel and slice a banana before I freeze it. Then wrap the slices in plastic wrap and put in freezer until ready to use

Jif® creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
