Cinnamon Sugar Puff Muffins
Delicious and easy cinnamon sugar puff muffins with a cinnamon sugar coating, perfect for the cooler weather!

- For the Muffins:
- 1 18 ounce package King Arthur Flour's Essential Goodness Cinnamon Sugar Puff Muffin Mix
- 1 stick 8 tablespoons butter, melted or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- For the Topping:
- 1/2 stick 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Lightly grease or line with muffin papers one standard or two mini muffin pans.
Stir together muffin mix, butter or oil, milk, and eggs until well combined; scrape bowl as needed.
Divide batter evenly between the muffin cups (each should be about half full).
Bake standard muffins for 12-16 minutes (mini muffins for 8-10 minutes), or until muffin centers feel firm and a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
Place melted butter and cinnamon sugar mix (from box) in separate small, shallow bowls. Dip muffins in butter then roll in cinnamon sugar.
