- 1 ½ lbs. Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb Fresh Pork Tenderloin cut into 24 1-inch cubes
- 2 sweet bell peppers any variety, each cut into 8 pieces
- 2 sweet onions each cut into 8 pieces
- Olive oil salt, and pepper
Thread pork cubes, bell pepper slices, and onion slices alternately onto skewers.
Lightly oil grill. Grill over medium-hot coals 5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly heated and pork is cooked through.
