These Easter Bunny Napkin Rings are a must-have on your children’s Easter table this year!
I originally saw some carrot napkins and utensils on Disney’s website Spoonful, where they tied an orange napkin together with green utensils using green pipe cleaners. Here is my version:
These carrot napkins would be really cute on their own if you’d rather not deal with making pom-pom Easter bunnies. However, the bunnies are so cute and so easy!
Here’s what you will need for one carrot napkin and Easter Bunny Napkin Ring:
– One orange paper napkin
– One set of plastic green utensils
– One green ribbon
– One large white pom-pom
– One small pink pom-pom
– Two googly eyes
– White felt, cut in the shape of bunny ears
– A white pipe cleaner
– A hot glue gun
Just glue the eyes and the nose onto the bunny’s face using a hot glue gun. Glue the ears onto the back, and then glue your entire bunny onto the center of a white pipe cleaner.
Once the glue is dry, twist the white pipe cleaner around the orange napkin and you’re all set! Just trim the extra length of the pipe cleaner with a pair of scissors so that it doesn’t stick out.
And if you want to get your toddlers involved, have them help you select the right number of each color pom-pom (counting!), and then have them help you stick the pieces onto the face. I was in charge of the glue gun (duh), but Gibbs had fun sticking everything together.
