There’s a reason that chicken breast recipes are always the most requested! The meat is healthy, relatively affordable, and incredibly versatile!

In fact, I’ve managed to pull together a month of easy chicken breast recipes that include everything from slow cooker dishes, dump-and-bake one dish casseroles, Asian cuisine, Italian cuisine, Southern comfort cuisine, and everything in between. You won’t get bored with all of these options!

Do you want to download a printable PDF copy of the hyperlinked recipe calendar and weekly shopping lists? It’s a free bonus for all of my email subscribers, so if you’re not already on my free email list, you can sign up here and I’ll send you the calendar and grocery lists instantly via email:

I’ve learned from my Simply Mailed meal planning service that you all love a flexible meal plan that includes 3 easy recipes each week, as well as an organized shopping list…so that’s exactly what I’ve done here! None of us want to eat chicken breast recipes 7 days a week, so with 3 options on the menu you will still find plenty of time to squeeze in your other favorites. You can rearrange the calendar each week to suit your schedule, too. Flexibility is the KEY, and the idea is to eliminate stress — not add more stress to your already busy lives!

Here’s a quick glance at the month ahead:

  1. My husband hates broccoli and asparagus. I get tired of green beans and zucchini. Any other ideas for green veggies?

    1. Hi, Mary! That’s tough! I love salads (keep it interesting by mixing it up with different types of lettuce, going with a Caesar theme, using toppings like dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, cheese, croutons, and other veggies). Another option is sauteed spinach, which takes only about 5 minutes to wilt in a skillet with some butter or olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

At this time of year, I also love oven-roasted brussels sprouts that get crispy and almost sweet. You can toss them with olive oil, salt and pepper…and even drizzle with a bit of maple syrup to help them caramelize in the oven.

      Hope that helps!
