Here’s How It Works: Perform each exercise for 1 minute (unless otherwise indicated). If you’re not sure of proper form, you can click on the exercise to check out a video! And have fun! There’s no time to get bored and you’ll be finished before you know it.

The Do-Anywhere 20-Minute Workout

Perform each exercise for 1 minute, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Push-Ups (on knees or against wall for modified versions)
  • Donkey Kicks
  • Curtsy Lunge (alternating legs with each rep, use wall for support if necessary)
  • Wall Sit (hold for as long as you can, up to 1 minute)
  • Cool Down: Stretch
