Well, summer travel season is upon us! Are you headed on a road trip to visit family or friends? Spending a week in a beach house? Or maybe just staying in a hotel room for a few days? No matter where you’re headed or what you’re up to, you can bring this total body exercise routine with you. The Do-Anywhere 20-Minute Workout will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles — no equipment necessary! When time, space, and tools are limited, this is a fun and effective way to burn some calories and stay in shape. With a combination of cardiovascular exercises and strength-training, it’s an efficient way to get you fit, toned, and energized!

Here’s How It Works: Perform each exercise for 1 minute (unless otherwise indicated). If you’re not sure of proper form, you can click on the exercise to check out a video! And have fun! There’s no time to get bored and you’ll be finished before you know it.

The Do-Anywhere 20-Minute Workout
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, unless otherwise indicated.
- Warm-Up: March in Place
- Push-Ups (on knees or against wall for modified versions)
- Triceps Dip (on a chair or on the floor)
- Standing Side Leg Raises (use wall for support, 30 seconds on each leg)
- Donkey Kicks
- Side Plank (30 seconds per side)
- Arm Circles (30 seconds in each direction)
- Curtsy Lunge (alternating legs with each rep, use wall for support if necessary)
- Wall Sit (hold for as long as you can, up to 1 minute)
- Cool Down: Stretch

Love this! There’s so much variety, it’s fast, and I can do it in a tiny hotel room! Hmmm…I wonder if people in the airport would think I was completely crazy if I started doing this on a layover…:)
