Hey, friends! It’s time for another round-up of some of the Stuff We Love this month! From books to clothes to kitchen and office supplies — it’s all here — and I hope that you find something new to love, too!

Nike Free Flyknit Sneakers: whether you’re a runner, a walker, or just a casual shopper…you need these on your feet! I have a wide foot, and these are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have worn in years (I’m pretty sure they would work well for a normal or narrow foot, too). The idea is that it’s like wearing a sock or going barefoot because you hardly notice that the shoes are on your feet…except for the added cushioning. Basically the best of all worlds: cushion and support without any weight or pinching! I have them in the white color, but they come in so many different colors…I think I need more!
OXO Y-Shaped Vegetable Peeler: so maybe this isn’t nearly as exciting as a new pair of shoes, but if you peel a lot of vegetables like I do, then you will definitely appreciate an efficient, effective, and safe design. This is BY FAR the best I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried a lot of different brands and styles).
Olive Oil and Vinegar Cruet: I buy my olive oil in bulk at Costco, so I don’t have room for the entire jug of it in my spice cabinet or on my countertop. Instead, I pour smaller amounts of the oil into this cruet, which makes it easy to pour out when I need a little bit for cooking. The simple design looks nice on the table or counter, it prevents over-pouring our dumping the oil because it doesn’t come out too fast, and I don’t even have to unscrew a top when I want to use it!
Fabletics Salar Compression Capris (plus the Europa Pullover shown here, too)! With the warmer weather, I’m transitioning from my full-length leggings into capris for workouts (and for wearing all day, if I’m being honest)! I love the support that the compression in these capris offers, and I like that the waist is high enough to hold everything in and prevent that muffin top that any mom knows (and dreads)! The Salar Capris come in about a zillion patterns and colors (plus solid black, charcoal, etc.), so you can outfit yourself for the gym and for the street in a ton of fresh new ways!
Mr. Sketch Washable Scented Markers and they now come in fine tip, too! These are such a classic, right? My boys are ALL ABOUT the smelly markers right now, so we have replenished our supply with fresh tips. When I purchased the last set, I noticed that they also sell a fine tip version, which Casey has really enjoyed. Plus, the yellow markers are now banana-scented instead of lemon! So many updates…
Sharpie Pens: I picked up these pens on a recent trip to Walmart. They come in colors, as well as the standard blue and black. They’re great because they write well, but they don’t bleed through your paper. When I’m making notes in my planner, I appreciate a pen that doesn’t show through on the other side of my page. It’s the little things, friends! These have won me over!
The All-Girl Filling Station’s Last Reunion by Fannie Flagg: Such a great read!! I loved this novel, which is set in both modern day Texas, as well as the 1940’s. It’s written by the author of Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe, and it’s heartwarming, moving, hilarious, and entertaining…all in one book. Highly, highly recommend this one!
Road Work by Sally Sutton (as well as Demolition and Construction): And a book suggestion for the little ones! Spencer has always ADORED this book, so when his tattered paper version finally bit the dust, I knew that I better order a replacement quickly. I purchased the board book, and also bought the companion books (Demolition and Construction) at the same time. They have ALL been a huge hit in this house!
Halfpops: this was not a sponsored review, but when I mentioned that the company had sent me a bunch of samples to try their flavors, I received some questions about which were my favorites. Since I’ve now had a chance to enjoy them all, I figured that I should give you a full review!
In case you’re not familiar with Halfpops, they are like the half-popped kernels of corn that we all love at the bottom of the popcorn bag – toasted, flavorful, and super-crunchy! They are made from non-GMO popcorn, they are never fried, they are gluten-free, nut-free, and have no preservatives, corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, or artificial flavors.
I appreciate that these bags are all portion-controlled, so each individual package has less than 200 calories. While all of the flavors are really good, I would say that the White Cheddar is my favorite salty option, while the Caramel & Sea Salt is my favorite sweet and salty combo. The Chipotle Barbecue was a bit strong for my liking, but the Dill Pickle was surprisingly delicious – sweet, tangy, salty, and very similar to a mild dill pickle. The Black Truffle & Sea Salt deserves a mention for its earthy, rich flavor. Again, they’re all really good and a nice way to add variety to your packaged snacks!
Spanx All Around Convertible Bandeau Sports Bra: my favorite bra EVER. It’s called a sports bra, but this isn’t something that I would wear for a workout. Instead, it’s more like a soft (wireless) bra that actually offers decent support for larger chests, so I wear it as a normal day-to-day bra. I have it in the Rose Gold color, which is basically a shimmery nude and works under any outfit. When I noticed that they were on sale recently, I stocked up on a couple more. Even if you’re not a Spanx fan (I’ve never even worn their other products), this bra is a really great addition to your wardrobe. LOVE it!
Cover Girl Super Sizer Mascara by LashBlast: I really like this new-to-me mascara! A reader recently recommended it when I was bemoaning the fact that I have a hard time finding an affordable mascara that I love. This stuff is great! It gives lashes a longer, bolder look without too much clumping! Definitely check it out!
Okay, now it’s YOUR turn! Tell me at least ONE thing that you’re loving this month! I can always use some new ideas…
