Looking for a delicious, satisfying, and easy lunch or dinner option? I have some new soups to share with you today and they will fill your tummy, keep you warm, and get you in and out of the kitchen quickly. What more could you ask for on a brisk, cool evening?!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Campbell Soup Company. All opinions are 100% mine.

As a part of my fun working relationship with Campbell’s this season, I have been busy in the kitchen whipping up a couple of new recipes (did you see my Green Bean Casserole with Bacon and Mushrooms?), and I have also been lucky enough to try out some of Campbell’s new products.

Campbell's Slow Kettle Style Soup 2

On a recent cold and blustery Friday afternoon, while we were getting pummeled with the sixth day in a row of non-stop rain, I was craving a warm bowl of something hearty and filling.

Lunch is kind of a crazy time of day in our house, since I pick up Casey from his morning preschool at noon. I am often out of the house all day running errands with Spence and squeezing in appointments, which means that by the time we get home around 12:30 p.m., I have 3 very hungry mouths to feed!

At this time of year, soup is one of my favorite easy lunch options. I can heat it up in a pot on the stove in a matter of minutes, or if I’m really pressed for time and I don’t want to wash an extra pot, I can even warm it in the microwave. Either way, our food is on the table FAST and it tastes great. Plus, soup almost always includes veggies, which eases my guilty mom conscience!

On this particular day, I reached for a new cup of Campbell’s Slow Kettle Style Andouille Sausage Jambalaya Soup with Chicken and Ham. Boy, was it good! I loved all of the thick and hearty ingredients –think big chunks of sausage, plenty of diced tomatoes, celery, onions, and tender rice throughout — as well as the bold, spicy flavor. It’s not one of those bland, watered-down canned soups that you may have experienced in the past.

Instead, with Campbell’s Slow Kettle soup, you can sit down and savor a few minutes of flavor and a satisfying variety of ingredients, even on the busiest of days.

When you’re pressed for time and you don’t want to pull together a batch of homemade soup in your own kitchen, this is a perfect solution. With the new @Campbells soups you will experience flavor like never before!

Each of the Campbell’s Slow Kettle Style soups is crafted by chefs who carefully combine unique ingredients in creative ways. Available in new delicious varieties like Andouille Sausage Jambalaya Soup with Chicken & Ham Soup (shown here), as well as Slow Kettle Santa Fe Style Chicken Enchilada Soup with White Meat Chicken, there is something for everyone!

I love that these soups are made “with patience, not preservatives” and that they use real ingredients that are a cut above (like angus beef, fresh cream, Andouille sausage, Portobello mushrooms, asiago cheese, & Madeira wine). Hey, if you hide the packaging and serve it a regular bowl, you could probably even convince your family and friends that you made it yourself!

Stay tuned for another one of my tasty Campbell’s recipes next week, and in the meantime be sure to check out some of these other delicious Campbell recipes!

  1. Campbell’s is my favorite soup and I love trying their new flavors! This slow kettle style version sounds fantastic. Just what I need on a cool fall day!

  2. I’m loving Campbell’s new soup flavors! Ha–cans of soup are always my go-to on crazy days/nights too! This Slow Kettle variety looks awesome; I’ll definitely have to try it out!

  3. These soups are not great like the comments. Most of them taste like chicken soup base, with a bunch of other flavorless meats and veggies thrown in. Not seasoned at all. The best thing is the chilli. Not the soup. Consumer reports did a real review. It’s super bland. Total waste of money. I would feed this to my family if there was absolutely nothing else.
