Hey, friends! I’m excited to finally announce a new challenge that I’ve been working on behind the scenes! With this FREEÂ 5 Day Challenge, you’ll learn my step-by-step process for planning easy, 15-minute dinners each week. This includes kitchen organization, quick recipe ideas, printable meal planners, and printable grocery lists. Are you ready to get started?!
So many of you have told me that you struggle with getting organized, planning meals for the week, deciding what to serve, and maintaining a useful shopping list. The frustration of daily meal prep feels exhausting and overwhelming, so you either default to the same old meals OR you give up and the groceries that you purchased go to waste.
Not anymore! I’m sharing all of my own best tips, tools, and organizational systems to help you get 15-minute dinners on the table each night! Changing the way that you plan your dinners will eliminate mealtime stress, will save you time and money, and will bring your family together around the table.
This doesn’t involve a rigid meal plan, expensive ingredients, or hours in the kitchen. Instead, it’s a flexible process that’s designed to accommodate your family’s schedule each week, your individual family members’ food preferences, and your grocery budget. Best of all, you can learn my system step-by-step in just a few minutes per day.
So here’s how it will work:
When you join the free Challenge, I will send you a new set of simple instructions each day for 5 days in a row. You will spend about 5-10 minutes per day working through the “assignment.”
By the end of the week, you will be fully prepared for a week of 15-minute dinners — and armed with a process that you can repeat each week on your own.
You will have:
- an organized kitchen;
- a printable weekly meal plan;
- a printable shopping list; and
- a bank of easy, 15-minute recipes to turn to when you need dinner fast!
I hope that you’ll join me in the free 5-Day Challenge, which you can work through any time on your own schedule. I have also set up a closed Facebook group to support you in this Challenge, where I can answer questions, share recipes, help with meal planning, and connect with all of you live each day. You will be able to join the Facebook group when you enter the Challenge.
